Using a Modular Building for a Church Daycare Center

Here's another success story about a church in Arizona that purchased a used modular daycare building to solve their need for a community daycare center. I'm glad we were able to help them find the modular space that best suited their child care needs - especially since they had a limited budget.

"Our church needed space for a daycare program and we didn't want to build a new building because of the time and money it would take. We decided to look into using a modular building, or as we call them "classroom trailer", and we found a used 36' x 60' model from a local provider. We ended up buying the trailer for a very reasonable price and it took about a month to get it delivered, installed and open for school.

I used the Modular Church Buildings Free Price Quote Request and within a day I received three phone calls from helpful sales people at local modular building dealerships. This gave me a chance to look at several options and choose the best all around purchase for our church program."
