48'x40' Used Modular Church School Building in California
California churches in need of classroom or office space have been using modular buildings and prefabricated structures as as temporary and permanent space solutions for decades. It seems as if most modular building suppliers in an around Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco and Sacrament are able to meet the needs of growing congregations without charging premium rental or purchase prices and are able to provide much needed spaces in relatively short periods of time. It's a perfect fit.
Here is a good example of a 48'x40' used modular classroom listed for sale or rent on iModular.com. This is a typical scenario where a public school district originally purchased this modular and when they no longer needed it made it available for other schools and churches to buy or rent through a local supplier at a reduced price. 48'x40' Used Modular Church School Building Listing

"There is an abundance of good quality used modular buildings and classrooms throughout the U.S. and suppliers are eager to rent or sell their inventory at low prices. So talking to two or three local companies and negotiating the best price will save a company thousands of dollars" states Matt Banes of iModular.com.
