Our parish rented a modular building to use as a daycare center here in the Dallas area. We used a service we found online (www.imodular.com) to get the best rental rate and nicest modular school building and were happy with all of the local suppliers we spoke with.
We chose a smaller local firm with a good price....not the lowest.....they had the lay out we wanted and the sales person helped us with permits and planning the delivery and installation.
Thanks for the help........

Plan Your Modular Church Space
Here are a few tips if you are going to rent or buy a modular building for your church or school. Keep an open mind while reading these as modular buildings are designed for flexibility and if you can be flexible with your needs you may just save a lot of time and money.
1. Know your space needs. Yes, know exactly how many offices, windows, doors and bathrooms you need before you start shopping and be clear with your sales person about what are "must haves".
2. Be flexible. If you can live with not getting exactly hat your space needs call for you will most likely save money and time. Modular building dealers in your area will have available floor plans in many sizes and configurations and if you can choose an existing plan your price will be far better than paying for costly modifications. Moving doors and walls adds up.
3. Do the math. Once you have pricing from local suppliers see if it makes more sense to buy the modular building or lease it. In many cases modular buildings stay on site far longer than the original timeline called for. If you think you may be able to reuse or relocate the modular.....buying may be the best option.
